A Systems For Awards Management (SAM) registration is required for any entity to bid on and get paid for federal contracts or to receive federal funds.

Basic Requirements:

1. Business must be in the private sector wanting to do contracts with the federal government or FEMA contracts.
2. A nonprofit and needs an active SAM registration for grant applications
3. An entity needs a DUNS number, CAGE code prime and/or MPIN for a SAM
4. A subcontractor under a prime contractor is mandated to be registered to an Authorized Contracting Officer.

• Verification:

We check all your documentation and liaise with you whilst our certification team completes your application, also sends you a notarized letter to be signed and submitted with paperwork.
