BENEFITS OF USING OUR SERVICES

  • Have your payroll managed for an admin fee of only £15 per pay run, or £5 per shift for wages of less than £250 per pay period. All tax and NI obligations are deducted and paid to HMRC.
  • All our staff have access to their personal portal and access their payment history and records of their time sheets.

  • GBM payroll offers its staff the option to join a pension scheme if they choose.

  • Staff can opt for holiday pay when they take breaks, pay can be deducted from their salary and paid to them when required.

  • Staff have access to statutory payments, as set out by HMRC.

  • If staff works under CIS, we deduct the same admin fee as per other wages, pay the HMRC the CIS deduction payable by the subcontractor.

  • Payment remittances produced for each payment into bank accounts and same day payments option available.

  • We also provide Public and Employers liability insurance as standard cover to all our staff.

  • We provide staff prompt registration with HMRC.

  • There are no joining and leaving charges, nor minimum tie in periods staff only pay for the service when they use it or submit their timesheets.

  • Once a client joins for a service, they will always have option to leave and return after long furloughrs, with their records and portal kept as last updated.
  • Refer a friend to GBM Payroll, as a token of our appreciation, we’ll offer you four weeks free admin fees for an umbrella or CIS recommendation, or a 15% reduction in your next accountancy fees.
