Gender Pay Report

GBM Payroll comply with gender pay reporting. The Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 requires that from 2017, any organization that has 250 or more employees must publish and report specific figures about their gender pay gap. GBM Payroll will release our gender pay report immediately we pass the threshold.

The six calculations required to be submitted in annual reports are to detail the following figures:

  • Average gender pay gap as a mean average
  • Average gender pay gap as a median average
  • Average bonus gender pay gap as a mean average
  • Average bonus gender pay gap as a median average
  • Proportion of males and females categories receiving bonus payments.
  • Proportions of males and females grouped into four quartiles from lowest to highest rates of pay.

Written Statements

GBM Payroll is a fully compliant umbrella company who provides payroll and CIS services to temporary workers and contractors in the UK. As we are an umbrella company, we have very little control over the gender makeup of the staff we manage. This is because the workers are chosen by the companies or agencies who hire them, who in turn forward them to us to run their payroll.
